About Me.
Hi, I’m Carly! I’m so glad you’re here. I arrived in my career as a mental health professional after personally experiencing and witnessing close family members and friends deal with trauma, mood disorders, and general life struggles. I am a firm believer that nothing is “wrong” with you if you are seeking therapy. In fact, I believe that reaching out for help is one of the bravest things you can do.
I earned my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver in 2022. I have spent the last couple of years providing therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I have treated a wide range of presenting issues including depression, anxiety, parenting issues, suicidality, self-harm, domestic violence and abuse recovery, and trauma recovery.
Prior to becoming a therapist, I earned my Masters in Education from the University of Denver in 2015 and worked as a classroom teacher. I blend my background in mental health and my experience in education to provide a holistic, individualized experience for all clients. I am passionate about what I do and am committed to partnering with my clients to get the most out of their work in therapy.
Outside of my work, I enjoy being outside in nature, reading, spending time with my family, eating ice cream, and petting every dog I meet.
